Stories and snippets of adventures and anecdotes
I'm a recent graduate in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge, which means I have spent an awful lot of time reading European literature, enjoying cake on the Continent for the sake of my degree, and wondering what on earth to do after University.
I've always loved reading travel writing and memoirs, and while locked down in Vienna on my Year Abroad, I decided to give it a go myself. I enjoyed writing this blog to the extent that annadventurelog outlived the Year Abroad, took a brief hiatus while I hopped over the pond, and continues to provide a place for me to share my musings.
annadventurelog (and the thought of claiming strudel on expenses) encouraged me to seriously consider pursuing journalism when I returned to London, which is where I am now completing my NCTJ diploma.
